That Brazilian Girl is a San Francisco writer with a wandering eye for art, food, books, music, and sustainable living. Whenever she’s not writing or thinking up stories, she’s cooking and imagining meals. She cooks like she writes and writes like she cooks. Her mission is to inspire people to cook and eat simple, healthy and delicious.
This blog was born out of a desire to collect and share Brazilian cuisine recipes, but as any good Brazilian, That Brazilian Girl loves food from all cultures. Brazilian food itself is a big melting pot from all the cultures that mixed up to make the country. And living in San Francisco, California, she can’t help but experiment with all sorts of stuff given the plethora of ingredients and culinary experiences available in this town. Oh, she also wrote a novella. And she is working on a new book.
